It depends on your routine. Most of our clients choose weekly or bi-weekly service. For homes with kids or pets, weekly tends to work best. For those living alone or spending less time at home, every two weeks is usually enough. We are happy to help you figure out what fits your situation.
No. NC Cleanup arrives with everything needed to complete the service. You do not need to worry about anything other than giving us access to the space.
We serve the Greater Toronto Area, including Peel Region (Mississauga, Brampton and Caledon), Halton Region (Oakville, Burlington, Milton and Halton Hills), York Region (Vaughan, Markham and Richmond Hill) and Durham Region (Pickering, Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa). It depends on the size and condition of the space. The minimum service duration is 2 hours. We ask for a few basic details about your home before confirming the booking so we can give you a more accurate estimate.
Yes. We offer both one-time and recurring services. You can start with a single visit and decide from there whether you want to continue with a regular schedule.
The quote is free and tailored to your space. We assess through photos, a video call or an in-person visit. No generic pricing: what you pay reflects exactly the service you need.
Not at all. Many of our clients arrange access and come home to a clean space at the end of the day. Everything is handled with full responsibility and respect for your home.
Yes. We carry liability insurance, which gives you peace of mind and protects both you and our team throughout the service.
